Refer a Friend Scheme

At Brightwake we are always on the lookout for new talent so we introduced our Refer a Friend Scheme this year. We offer all of our colleagues the opportunity to refer a friend to join the Brightwake family and in return we pay a bonus of £100 for each person who successfully passes their probation.

This is just one of the ways we show our colleagues that we appreciate them.
